Throughout a school year, we organize various events and activities.<br \/>\nThe PTC depends on the volunteers from the Daily &#038; Saturday Division parents to maintain our projects for the benefit of our students and teachers. Please support the PTC and contribute any time or talents you may have.\n<\/p>\n<h3>1. PURPOSE OF PTC<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>To provide our students fun learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>To help expose them to Japanese culture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>2. PTC&#8217;s SCHEDULE<\/h3>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>October<\/th>\n<td>Sawakai (Tea Party for Teachers, PTC Board &#038; Class Mothers get together)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>November<\/th>\n<td>Cookie Sale (Daily Division)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>November<\/th>\n<td>Fall Sale (Curry &#038; Cookie)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>December<\/th>\n<td>Mochitsuki (Daily Division)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>December<\/th>\n<td>Mochitsuki (Saturday Division)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>March<\/th>\n<td>Cookie Sale (Daily Division)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>March<\/th>\n<td>Spring Sale (Chicken Teriyaki &#038; Cookie)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>June<\/th>\n<td>Year End Pizza Party (Daily Division)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>June<\/th>\n<td>Year End Pizza Party (Saturday Division)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>\nThe PTC holds monthly meetings (to be announced) and invites all PTC members to attend.\n<\/p>\n<h3>3. MEMBERSHIP FEE<\/h3>\n<p>$15 \/ year per family<\/p>\n<h3>4. PTC MEMBERSHIP FEE IS SPENT ON<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Refreshments for the beginning of the year Sawa-kai.<\/li>\n<li>Mochitsuki ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Refreshments for monthly PTC meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Pizza and Refreshments, Fun Jump and Cookies (preschool) for year-end party.<\/li>\n<li>Plaques for teachers (5 years award).<\/li>\n<li>Preschool toys &#038; other things.<\/li>\n<li>Orei (appreciation) for teachers at the end of the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.
